Perfect for family vacations

Great location! Loved looking out the window every day at the ocean and palm trees. I mean, seriously, the sunsets? Lovely! We walked to get food and coffee without moving the car. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, made our dinners a breeze. Did our laundry before heading home, one less hassle.

The ocean views were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable, and we loved having our own space in the fully stocked kitchen. I’d definitely come back!

We had an awesome time staying in a one-bedroom ocean view apartment. Highlights were visiting the San Diego Zoo and the beautiful beach. The location was perfect, just steps from everything. Would recommend planning around the lack of air conditioning, which caught us off guard.

We did have a frustrating experience with the staff knocking on our door, even when we were not in the building. It felt a bit intrusive and made us uncomfortable during our stay.

They don’t provide beach towels, which was unexpected and inconvenient for a beachside location. The parking situation is incredibly tight. maneuvering into a space felt like a game of Tetris and the HOA fines for minor infractions add unnecessary stress. Also, I experienced unexpected check-ins, with staff questioning activities I was clearly not engaged in, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, losing a key triggered a steep $250 fine, which felt excessive considering the overall experience.

I loved how close we were to Palisades Park, just a few steps away, and Law Street Beach, which made our morning walks so refreshing and scenic during our stay in the one-bedroom apartment with ocean view.

I absolutely loved the breathtaking ocean view from my room, allowing me to enjoy sunsets over the water each evening. The property was very comfortable and provided excellent accessibility, making it easy to navigate for us seniors.

A gym would be a wonderful addition.
